1) 30 minutes exercise a day- This can be from a simple stroll to running up and down your stairs ten times, there are so many valuable ways you can do daily exercise and even 30 minutes exercise a day can help lose 500 calories
2)Eat more healthy- Drop the junk food, cut out snacking and aim for your 5 a day. This way you are ensuring a healthy diet and not adding unnecessary fat into your diet. Most importanly never skip breakfast as this will have a reverse effect on your body and will cause your metabolism to slow down and not start burning calories. Also cut out the sugar and salt.
3)Join a gym for a week
